About the Space

Beautiful, rustic, full concrete loft studio adorned in chandeliers and flower covered picture frames. You'll also find 2 large hair and makeup stations with top of the line vanity lighting along both sides of the mirrors. There's ample space for makeup artist and hair setup, storage space inside both stations, 2 rolling trays . A shampoo bowl is available for usage. Incredible natural lighting, high ceilings, and large open space allow plenty of room for backdrop setup or set design. The charming concrete walls are great as a backdrop, as well as providing great acoustics for podcasts. This eliminates a lot of noise interference

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

I unfortunately had a last minute flight cancellation and was unable to use the space for this rental. I attempted to contact the host, but didn't receive any responses to my messages. I had rented the space previously though, and had a wonderful experience that time.

Yes, I would book again.

This was such a great experience! Amanda was super friendly and helpful leading up to the event, and the person on site to help with check in/check out (Tina) was awesome. We did a yoga workshop, and the space was perfect for our needs.
