About the Space
Seating with 4 mics to be used only on stands 3 camera angles shot in HD 1080 with proper Social media upload settings 2 different sets with various angles . extras . Various add on options . Multi camera switching in real time during recording. Audio recording on seperate file for uploading to podcast platorm like ancor.

Alcohol is allowed for bookings of more than 2 hours.

Security cameras and recording devices
Recording in all space. Except bathroom. Cameras are in photo space, podcast, and community area.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned nightly with disinfectant spray. Mics wires, pads, table top and chairs are all cleaned.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
