- No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) -No flammables or fire hazards (smoke bombs, candles, etc.) Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee -You may move furniture but please move it back when finished. -Number of attendees should include crew, parents/guardians, agents, publicists, etc. There will be an additional charge if you have more attendees than initially booked for -The Haus must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. Depending on the shoot theme/style, we might charge a $50-$100 cleaning fee. -The building also has an old electrical system so no large lights (HMIs, 2ks, maxi brutes, etc) (LED lights are fine) -No outside food allowed. We provide refreshments and light snacks -No smoking/no alcoholic beverages allowed -Our space has lots of interactive items! As some of these are part of our artworks, they are priceless and can’t be simply replaced. Some are for you to use with care. If misused, you will be responsible for any broken piece caused by it. Our assistant will help you if you need to use any of them. -We have security cameras on site to provide safety for our space as well as your productions, except in the bathroom for obvious privacy reasons. -You are allowed to arrive 10’ earlier to for set up, and if needed, 10’ after. After that, you will be charged $75/30. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time NOTE/ There is no water access or drainage in the bathtub room.
