About the Space
Mid-century architect built home in the trees with lots of windows and light when the sun shines. Features original wood panels, vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace true to the architectural time period. Originally built in 1950 our home was remodeled in 2021. We have a modern kitchen and multiple living spaces. We also have a large garage good for storing gear, setting up tables, etc. Our outdoor space is very quiet and private, our home backs up to natural woods with a large patio and deck. It is a very peaceful, private space.

There is room in the driveway for 5-7 cars plus free street parking for 3 additional cars.

Lighting description
We have window walls in our two spaces. The windows in the front can block the view but not all light.
Bright sunlight only shines through the window walls in the morning. We are in a wooded area which prevents harsh light
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The house is on a dead-end street. Usually, you do not hear neighbors or traffic. Appliances and AC are quiet.

Equipment loading description
Easy loading of equipment along with storage/staging in the garage. There are two or three steps, depending upon entries, to enter the house.
Staging area is available
There are two available bedrooms that can be used for staging. One room is empty and the other contains a bed.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The downstairs is off-limits due to cats and person home owners space.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Rooms have multiple outlets. Most walls have them every 4 feet. Circuit breaker is in the garage.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and decorations movement needs to be discussed before movement.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras outside the house. Two in the front pointed at the driveway, one on the patio and one by our backyard garage.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean the main traffic areas between each booking. If you have additional needs please let us know.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
