About the Space

Mid century modern event venue. Four acres of manicured lawns, waterfalls, streams & bridges...5 buildings including a redwood and glass main house with 22 karat gold ceilings. Perfect for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, film shoots, photo shoots, location shoots, celebrations of life, business meetings, workshops, charitable fundraisers, political fundraisers, graduation parties and more. The main house can be used for intimate gatherings. Two other buildings are available for indoor use. The gorgeous grounds are perfect for all types of gatherings. The Real Real rented our space for their catalog/website shoot; nest used our space for their catalog/website shoot. The Joaquin Miller adobe chose our space for their Fundraiser. We have parking for 18 cars on the property. We have parking for an additional 200 cars two blocks away. Located near public transportation. We offer variable rates depending on the number of attendees. We have special rates for weddings & receptions. This is a very special property.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
