Our office space features new hardwood floors and contemporary office furniture, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for all of your business needs. Conveniently located just one block away from the CalTrain station and a variety of fantastic restaurants, our Conference Room is the ideal location for team meetings, board meetings, sales meetings, training sessions, and general office use. With ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 18 participants around our large conference table, our room is perfect for all types of gatherings. In addition to our comfortable and modern space, we also offer a variety of amenities to enhance your meeting experience. Our non-alcoholic mini bar and complementary healthy snacks provide a refreshing break from the workday, while our fiber optic internet connection ensures strong WIFI connectivity for all your business needs. Our Conference Room also features a 70" TV monitor, Apple TV, and a large whiteboard, making it easy to share and present information. Our on-site host is available to provide quick responses to all of your business needs, while our fresh Peet's/Starbucks coffee, assorted teas, tableware, mugs, and small plates are ready for your use. We provide hand sanitizer, napkins, and wipes for added cleanliness, and we always post your company name on the door and provide easy directions for your guests in the parking lot. At our Conference Room, we go above and beyond to ensure that your meeting experience is exceptional. We are happy to accommodate early starts or extended time for your meetings, and we offer custom services to meet your specific needs. Additionally, we have a Zoom-ready laptop available in our add-on section for your convenience, and our conference rooms are equipped with audio and a camera for your meetings. For video conferencing, we offer a choice of a regular 135-degree camera or an Owl Labs smart camera. Please ask our host for availability at the time of your booking. Our team is dedicated to providing full support for all of your office needs, ensuring that you have a seamless and productive meeting experience.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All surfaces are cleaned prior to the meetings with disinfecting wipes. This office space is directly opnes to the outdoors and vents out with fresh air after each meeting. The guest have the option to leave windows open to have more air circulation during meetings. All desks are set 6 feet apart . Additionally, wipes, hand Sanitizer and kleenex is available right at the entrance.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
