Our Midtown self-serve space is a modern modular and versatile space that can be used for various actives such as meetings, events, retreats, media and content creation activities, filming and photography. The full space or individual spaces can be rented out. Our meeting rooms accommodate from 8 persons to our largest space up to 40 people and socials and standing events can accommodate up to 80 persons. There are two adjoining spaces Unit E boasts 2250 square feet is independent has its own kitchenette, coat closet, 2 bathrooms, enclosed meeting room and required technology. Unit F is about 3000 square feet is a shared space that can also be rented out separately with a kitchenette, 2 unisex bathrooms , breakout rooms meeting room with plug in technology. Features available onsite include whiteboards, smart TV's, sound and projector capabilities.
