About the Space
Located in the heart of Manhattan, this space is a fully stocked, one-stop shop for all your event, photography, and film-production needs. Please inquire with us about our broad array of in-house equipment rentals. Located on the second floor of the building, this midtown-studio boasts a spacious, white cyclorama; two hair/ makeup stations; a kitchenette; and a bathroom. The studio is accessible by elevator or stairs. Take advantage of our unique view of the Midtown East skyline and historic Sutton Place neighborhood by booking our private rooftop for a flat rate of $500 per day. The Rooftop, which offers old-school NYC charm and a panoramic view of the surrounding neighborhoods, is available for photo, video and film shoots. It is not available for events, meetings, or social functions. It cannot be rented alone, and instead must be paired with your studio rental. General Rules: • Studio must be left in the same manner in which it was found upon entering with all items removed aside from garbage. • All garbage must be bagged upon leaving. Client must take with them any large pieces of garbage that need to be specially disposed of – it cannot be left on the curb outside of the studio. • There will be an extra cleaning charge of $250 for any rentals that do not clean up after themselves. *COVID-19 Update* Deer Studios is committed to providing clean, hygienic, and safe production environments for all of our clients. Our team is actively following CDC guidelines and prioritizing your safety Our team is wearing PPE at all times when handling equipment and interacting with clients. Social distancing rules and regulations are followed and maintained at all times. All studios are equipped with sanitation stations including masks, gloves, and antiseptic. We have additionally put up signage with recommended actions to prevent the spread of the virus.
