About the Space
We use the space for do it yourself workshops. We have a moveable bar area in the workshop as well as a boutique section up front with excellent lighting + large windows in the front. Character meets creativity. Open ceiling with industrial feel, wooden art tables, metal stools. Work tables can be moved around since they are on wheels. The floors are cement with a bit of paint splatter from the creative experiences that have happened over the 5 years we have been here. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Booking with Laura was an exceptional experience. I appreciate her fast and efficient communication, the detailed information provided whenever I had questions. She made booking the space easy. On the day of the event, Laura was attentive and helpful whenever needed. She was there for support but gave the space and allowed us to host the event. The venue was very clean, neat and the set up was not a hassle at all. Everything was already prepared and ready to go. Laura is an amazing host! Incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. The space is great - beautifully decorated and spacious but also good for intimate gatherings/parties. I hosted a sip and paint and a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend.
