Guests can park in spaces marked "VISITOR" for up to 72 hours.
General Rules
Cleaning Fee: While all bookings are required to pick up after themselves, the cleaning fee is for the crew that comes and deep-cleans the space after each event.
Grace Period: We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other added time will have to go on the reservation!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
