About the Space
We have multiple conference rooms . Firstly, our 30 person conference/training room is equipped with both a TV which can be connected to wirelessly by PC or by HDMI cable (included) for both PC and Mac, and a whiteboard. Access to Wi-Fi is persistent across the entire facility, including the meeting rooms. The space can be used for any form of meeting or as a place to get work done in groups or individually if preferred.

Parking description
There is ample room for cars to park in the park lot that is located in the back of the building where the entrance to the Hallwayz is located.
General Rules
Please keep the premises clean for yourselves, our staff and future clients. We advise you visit a day in advance before you booking, if not already familiar with space, to potentially troubleshoot any connection issues with devices.

Security cameras and recording devices
We 24/7 security cameras which can be accessed by our CEO and allows for the property to be secure.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a dedicated cleaning staff that arrives after normal business hours (5pm) to clean the premises.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
