About the Space
We do lots of different types of parties here including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, retirement parties and showers up to 150 people. Our studio space is conveniently located right off 88 and across the street from Oakbrook Mall. With Plenty of parking and a wide open space for dancing and dinner, your party will be a night to remember.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Jaana and Lydia at MyDanceHub were great hosts for our daughter's 1st birthday party! Due to a last minute venue cancellation at a different venue, we were forced to find a new venue on 2.5 days notice for ~100 guests. We found this listing on Wednesday night and Jaana was very responsive and answered all our questions and we were able to confirm the booking the same evening for our Saturday event. The next day, we scheduled a time to look at the space. Lydia met us there and showed us around. The space matched all the pictures from the listing and Google maps. Lydia was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly during set up and during the event. The event itself was a huge success and with the help of our family, we were able to clean up and lock up by the given time. We had plenty of space for 12 x 6ft tables, 5 cocktail tables, a large dance floor, and space for photos, food, drinks, gifts, and desserts. We used the backroom for 2 tables for the kids to draw and do crafts activities. We will definitely keep this space in mind for future events! The location is also perfect, right off of route 83 and close to all highways (355/290, 88, 294) for guests. There is plenty of parking around the building.

We booked the venue for a bridal shower and loved everything about it. Jaana was super communicative and friendly. She was able to accommodate the tables and chairs we needed. There is plenty of space to set up as you’d like. Will definitely consider using for future events again.

There is not enough words for what this space can do for your event. My entire family was in awe and can't stop praising me about what beautiful space I chose for my daughters 18th birthday celebration! Everything came out spectacular and Janna is very responsive to all your needs and super down to earth- although I did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person she was a text away from answering all your needs!
