About the Space

Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Shuffleboard and a pool table are sure to entertain a crowd! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen includes- Refrigerator, sink, island with bar stools Pool Table 60" TV ATM Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Some parking is available outside the clubhouse but it is limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
