Studio B is a spacious adaptable studio space with direct front door load-in, 25' ceilings, dedicated high-speed internet. Centrally located near highways 237 and 101 for easy access from anywhere in the south bay area. - 35′ x 60′ with 20′ clear height - Prelit 3-sided green or white backdrop with floor - Available dressing rooms - Motorized backdrop and lighting grid - Fully pre-lit green screen & DMX controlled lighting rig - Includes 25x17 Conf room with 55" TV, 12x12 Production Office - WiFi and wired fiber internet (1000Mbps) - Air conditioning

Ambient noise description
Studio B is located mostly in the center of our building away from the shared wall of our neighbor. Our building is located in a quiet business park with few outdoor interruptions.
The AC system cannot be run while shooting, but when running only takes 20-30 seconds to turn off from the easily accessible thermostat.

Load-in is through the main entrance double doors directly in front of the parking lot.

There are two attached/adjacent rooms (25x17 conf room and 12x12 production office).
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
All areas not listed in the floor plan for studio B are generally off limits including:
- Upstairs mezzanine
- Kitchen (unless otherwise contracted for)
- private offices
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Our building is equipped with 200 amps 3-phase power.
There are full 20amp circuits located throughout the building. Additional for clients that need more dedicated power (Video Wall, etc). there are cam-lok tails providing 60Amps 3-phase power available included with the rental.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
- Trash in excess of 1-2 large bags per day may result in a fee to request additional pickup service.
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Arrive and leave on time. All set-up and clean up time must take place during rental hours, or will be considered overtime.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
• Commercial General Liability deemed primary and non-contributory
• $1,000,000 Per Occurrence and Annual Aggregate
• Must name Pacific Light Studios as an additional insured
Furniture and decorations may be moved
There are a limited number of set pieces (tables, chairs, plants, etc) available for use. Other furniture/decorations can be moved with permission only.

Health and Safety Measures
Full surface cleaning is done before each client rental/usage. Bathrooms, table surfaces, door handles.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
