About the Space
Our sound treated recording and podcast room works great for voice over work, podcasts, and other audio recordings. Our space fits up to six guests in the room comfortably. With integrated PTZ cameras we can capture video onsite as well and live switch your session. You also have the ability to leave with a finished audio and video product as additional cost if desired.

General Rules
Use of the lobby, bathrooms, and podcast room are the only areas to be agreed upon to be used, unless prior arrangements have been made.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras located in high traffic areas and will be on for safety and security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the studio for easy access. The studio is fogged with disinfectant and wiped after every filming. Disposable masks and gloves are available upon request.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
