Pool and Yard Space Rental: - Heated, Saltwater - Lounge Chairs, Pergola with seating for 12, and speakers Our suburban property features a backyard heated pool for small private parties (10 people max), gatherings, workshops, fitness classes, luncheons and video shoots. EXTERIOR: The backyard includes an expansive heated pool and deck with patio chairs. Plenty of street parking is available for loading and guests. A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your event. PLEASE NOTE: *If you're loading in & out heavy items, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors. * If your group exceeds 10, please note that you will be required to bring your own porta-potty. *Please do NOT inquire for LATE NIGHT PARTIES or HOUSE PARTIES, we cannot accommodate due to residential noise restrictions. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas where guests are allowed access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
