No sounds of neighbors, busy streets or appliances but some sound from AC.

RULES First off we want all our guests to feel welcome in our space. To help us achieve this we ask that our guests please treat our space with care and respect as we take great pride in keeping our space neat and clean. No smoking of any kind in the loft No outside food It's not permitted to take photos or videos in the hallways or other areas of the building NO additional crewmembers and or attendees Keep the door closed of the mini-fridge Make sure you LOCK the STUDIO DOOR when you leave Please be respectful of our space OPERATING HOURS & TOTAL TIME OF RENTAL Our hours are 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. The start time for each booking will begin at the time requested when booked and will end after all guests & production crew members have left our space. If you go over your time, you will be billed, any partial hour will be charged as a full hour. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. CREW SIZE A maximum of 10 people are allowed in our space. (if more are needed please message me with more details) LIGHTING There is plenty of natural light coming in from 9am - 6pm. Studio is equipped with a variety of light fixtures installed with light dimmers. Windows have manual curtains that can be adjusted as needed and blocked upon request. CLEANING & TRASH A general cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to dispose of all trash and recyclables in the bins provided. Any larger, non-reusable trash items must be disposed of at the renters' expense. Guests and crew must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guest tidy up after themselves. Use of smoke grenades or open flames is strictly prohibited in our space. Use of powder, flour, chalk, confetti, glitter, or any other hard-to-clean substances will result in the charge of an additional $150 cleaning fee. SMOKING & VAPING We have a designated smoking area just outside our studio. No smoking of any kind inside the loft. ACCOMPANIED CHILDREN & UNDERAGE MODELS/ACTORS Children under 12 are allowed into our space with prior notice. Please let us know upon booking if you need to bring a child under 12 into our space. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Moving/Staging Fee - $80 Fee will be charged for any furniture that was not returned to its original placement when rented. Pick up furniture, do not slide as it will damage the floors. Also, no dirty shoes on the furniture. PETS Pets are welcome - Fee $150 with the following rules: You are responsible for your pet's damages to any of the loft space and rental property. If your pet goes to the bathroom in the loft there will be an additional cleaning fee.

With prior authorization - Fees to be charged if furniture not placed back in the same location as when rented.
