Air Conditioners in each room and living room will make the space fresh and cool when it is needed the most. Our new and renovated Kitchen is filled with Coffee making machine, Microwave, Gas Stove, Oven, Tea Kettle, and all cooking utensils. Our kitchen offers you black/green tea, different types of high-quality coffee, and everything that you need to cook(salt, pepper, different kinds of souses, and spices). Our sanctuary, our calming Backyard will great you with 3 BBQ grills(1 gas based and 2 run-on charcoals), 4 comfy chairs, and Fire Pit that will add relaxing vibes to your group. PLEASE NOTE: We don’t allow any parties or events at our place. It is a quiet, clean, and regulated place. We don’t allow any extra unauthorized guests/visitors. And we have quiet hours from 10 pm till 8 am. The place has 1 camera(24/7) at the entrance, a noise monitoring system inside of the apartment, and we, the Host live downstairs
