About the Space
The Main Choice Creative Studio is a 1,500 square feet space located in North Long Beach. Available for Special Events, Meetings, and Social Gatherings with seating for 80 guest, max capacity is 100. All rental rates include six round tables, four rectangle tables, 10 black table linens, and 50 clear chiavari chairs. All rental fees are subject to change due to time of year, number of attendees, and hours of events. There is an additional fee for all after hour’s events. Hours of events are anytime between 8am-12am.

Parking description
We have a shared parking lot in front of our event studio.
General Rules
Food: We do allow outside catering.
Alcohol: We do allow alcohol to be served with liquor insurance that must be provided to us 14 days prior to your event.
Music- DJ's are allowed but studio front doors must remain closed
Smoking- We do Not allow smoking inside or directly in front of the studio.
Parking- We have a shared parking lot in front of our studio
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have four inside cameras in each corner of our studio and they will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We sanitize and clean all areas in between each event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
