The single-story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with its own unique style that can be used to its advantage. The spacious outdoor area is perfect for cocktail hours or poolside photo shoots, as is the stylish and modern living room. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS. Fees: Our fees are on a sliding scale and take into consideration the size of the brand, scope of the shoot/event and the number of people involved. Please tell us more about the booking. Nature of the event, amount people and cars will determine the fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
