This intimate studio includes access to multiple looks in one beautiful space that is flooded with dreamy natural light all day long. In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, The Bungalow includes: • A teal wall with wainscotting texture • A tan textured wall • Live plants which are photoshoot ready • A photogenic daybed that's styled to perfection • Private parking lot • Air conditioning This intimate studio is ideal for very small photo productions, film productions, fashion & lookbook shoots, and content creation. This is not a space to bring a makeup artist, as there is no makeup station. We are located on the second floor and there is stair access only. Please take these factors into consideration before booking. STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -Maximum of 3 adults (including photographer) and 3 children -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -No pets

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
