About the Space
This beautiful space is perfect for small company events, networking nights, pop ups, brand activations, or fundraisers. It has a small kitchen and can fit up to 30 guests. This space has a tv screen and when it gets warm, its rolling bay doors can be opened for fresh air and also leads to the outdoor BBQ gas grills. *Please note that the outdoor BBQ area is also open to residednts during reservations, as it is also a common area walkthrough. Our spectacular rooftop deck which has breathtaking views of the park, downtown, and multiple mountains. If it gets chilly, you can light up the gas fire pit to stay warm.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
