Our venue is best suited for those hosting a personal event when the host personally knows all of the guests. We are NOT a venue for social media publicized, open ticketed events. We’re happy to recommend other locations better suited for these types of events. Outside catering is recommended as there is NO access to the indoor kitchen. Access to the outdoor grill can be arranged. We can set aside one shelf in our refrigerator for items that requiring chilling. Hired bartending is highly recommended to take responsibility and prevent over-serving and over consumption. Depending on the guest count liquor liability insurance may be required Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) recommended for events with alcohol service. Smoking only in designated areas. Currently, in the side garden area. The pool and hot tub are not included in the venue rental. The firepit and outdoor heaters are add on items,. See add on section for pricing.
