About the Space

Our space is compact but well-suited for headshot and model shoots, small group portrait sessions, maternity and branding shoots and product photography or video. The space is approximately 400 square feet (with additional space available). Backdrops, lights, modifiers, setup assistance and wireless mics available and included at no extra charge. The space also includes a 40" monitor for tethering, IPS or image review. You are free to bring your own lighting or use ours. The space is located inside a photography store, and any additional lights, props, modifiers, etc. are available to use at no extra charge. The LED lights can be controlled remotely via tablet for easy and fast adjustments. We offer convenient on-site digital printing and film developing (additional charge applies).

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
