Floor to ceiling windows, can bring down the shade and the brightest Time is from 11-3

You don’t hear the neighbors we are on the corner! We are on Main Street so u may hear fire trucks or police sirens. And the ac is quiet and if the ice machine is being used, you would hear the ice drop.

Elevator, Stairs

There are stairs but can be loaded with the elevator and have an area for loading

Normal power! And it’s about ten outlets to be used and the circuit breaker is in the laundry room Right of The front door

GENERAL RULES: When booking our space, you are responsible for all of your guests. This space is located in a residential complex and out of respect for other tenants, there are some strict rules we must enforce. Your access is limited to our unit only. No loitering on the property outside of our loft is permitted. We ask that you and your guest remain inside of our unit unless you need to meet other parties when they arrive or grab something out of your car. We want to continue sharing our awesome space with you guys and can't do so if our neighbors begin to complain. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted unless you have gotten permission from one of our staff members. If you smoke without obtaining permission, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to your booking. OUTSIDE FOOD / ALCOHOL: We welcome food and alcohol, however, some areas may be restricted in an effort to prevent damage to the props and furniture used on our sets. PETS: Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. HOUSE RULES: NO SHOES ON FURNITURE NO DRAGGING FURNITURE OF ANY KIND PLEASE PUT PROPS & FURNITURE BACK WHERE FOUND MUST BE FINISHED AND PACKED UP BY THE END OF YOUR ALLOTTED TIME ** IF YOU NEED TO EXTEND YOUR BOOKING, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE HOST AT LEAST 15 MINS PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR BOOKING. IF YOU ARE NOT OUT OF THE SPACE AT THE END OF YOUR SCHEDULE TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF ONE ADDITIONAL HOUR $75 **
