Called Soto Stages, this amazing newly renovated 7,000 sq. ft natural light film and photo studio with super tall ceilings is available to rent. Soto Stages is located just 7 minutes from DTLA and a 2 min drive from Target, Home Depot, CVS and Staples. G&E equipment available to rent for your lighting needs. We have a variety of wall flats and jacks available to help build your Set Designs. General Rules
• No smoking in the building
• Set must be returned to its original set up after shoot.
• Trash and other markings must be cleaned before leaving or else cleaning fee will be applied.
• Any damages be covered by the client.
• A site-rep will also be needed on location for every shoot.

Health and Safety Measures
Warehouse is cleaned and sanitized after each production.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
