Parking lots and street parking is two hours per zone before 5 pm. The parking garage is three hours before 5 pm. Parking is free after 5 pm.

a. Any food or drink spilled/dropped on the floor must be cleaned immediately. b. No nailing to walls or woodwork. Only masking tape may be used. c. The room set up should be returned to the same as it was before the event. d. Adhere to the participant limit set by the Fire Marshall and maintenance of adequate aisles for a quick exit. Decorations, table settings, etc. must be of fire-retardant materials. Lighted candles are prohibited. e. Remove all trash, garbage, and printed materials resulting from activity to designated trash containers. No food/drink remains are to be left in the area after an activity, nor in the lobby area. f. The space is a Smoke-Free Environment. The No Smoking rule must be observed at all times. g. The renter acknowledges that classrooms, meeting rooms, and offices not being rented are OFF-LIMITS to all activity participants. h. Outside catering is allowed i. Attendant is required for evening and weekend rentals.
