About the Space
Our studio space is ideal for group fitness and private dance events. This studio also has the means to accommodate meetings, and other special occassions or celebrations. The sound system can be heard across the studio floor with ceiling mounted speakers. Retractable window treatments across studio windows offer added privacy, if preferred. Party lights also available for use to add some fun to your event.

General Rules
No smoking or vaping in the studio
No alcohol of any kind allowed in studio
No loitering in parking lot or in front of studio
No full/major catering. Minor catering of baked goods, finger foods and light refreshments ok
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
24hr running security camera system capable of recording audio, video and still shots with cameras located in four corners covering studio floor and entrances.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Studio is cleaned in between events to allow for sanitization of high touch areas and trash removal.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
