About the Space
Based in the Heart of North Park, visit the cafe that breaks the mold of what it means to be a coffee shop. Issa vibe in our shop and we are the only cafe in San Diego with podcast recorded every Tuesday, and currently streaming worldwide in 17 countries. We share space and have collaborated with San Diego's #1 ranked, and best new Brewery in San Diego. We have hosted intimate concerts, birthday parties, friend & business meetings, art shows, and women's support groups. You Can use this space for any type of celebration, gathering, or art exhibit. Parking description
Free Street Parking directly in front of the space and around breweries. There is also 2 spaces available for the host in the back parking lot.
Space has natural light
Natural light can not be blocked out
Lighting description
Big Sun windows in front of the space. They fill the space all day until evening.
Natural light can be controlled by blacking out the windows with curtains, if requested.
Brightest parts of the day are almost all day until around 5pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You can not hear the neighbors.
I am on a busy street but with front door closed you can not hear the outside noise. It will also not be picked up on the recording. We record a podcast every Tuesday evening for over a year and never has outside ambient sound been picked up on recordings.
Noises from applicenes is rare if ever. There is an AC unit that during the summer months is moderate but, can be controlled during shooting.

Equipment loading description
Loading can be done through the front door and from the back to the front. There is only 6 stairs that needed to walked down if you park in the back. In front of the space, there is temporary parking that can used for loading and unloading.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Back storage area. You can use the fridge for beverages, but to hang out and shoot in the storage space is off limits.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are three separate power outlets designed for high voltage. I will indicate where they can plug in.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed

No use of espresso machine ** (Unless Bar is open, previously worked out with Host) **
No Public Bathroom in space, Bathrooms are in the shared space with Breweries.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras that cover the front and back entrances, and one in the cafe. We do not have any in the bathroom. We also maintain that the cameras are kept on but only check as needed for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The cafe is cleaned throughout the day, and deep cleaned before set event and after the event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
