About the Space

The space is a mostly rectangle room 18x25' (450sq. feet) with white walls in a remodeled historical warehouse building. It's a private studio space on the second floor with elevator access. We are a production company and have some lighting and camera equipment on site for an additional fee, or you can bring your own equipment. One of the walls has a removable green screen and we have several backdrop colors on site, as well as a backdrop stand. Or you can shoot against the white wall for a white backdrop. Great for photo and video use, would not recommend recording sound due to remodel construction that can occur in other parts of the building at random. Green room on site if needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
