This space is unique because of its bright natural light, A/V capabilities, flexibility, central location, and ADA compliance. - Located on the second floor of the yellow Truist Bank building directly on Dupont Circle. - There are an abundance of coffee and restaurant options within walking distance. - The space includes a small elevator. - A/V capabilities include: TV, webcam, and bluetooth clicker for virtual meetings and presentations. - Can be turned into a studio for taking photos and filming videos. - Includes 5G wireless internet connection Great for staff retreats, meetings, receptions, networking events, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, and more!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We hosted a bridal shower using the space and it was beautiful :). There’s a lot of natural sunlight. Emma provided tables and other amenities, so it was easy to set up and clean the room. We’d host here again!

This event space was perfect for my corporate retreat. There were about 25 people and the space was more than large enough and very bright, open, and inviting. I also appreciated that the TV was easy to hook up to our computers so that we could display presentations. I would definitely book this space again.

The space was as bright and clean as I had hoped, and all of the furniture was moved out of the main room as I had requested. This was such a big help! The location is right on DuPont Circle so I anticipated hearing some distracting traffic noises from outside, but with the Bluetooth speaker provided and our soothing playlist, we created such a wonderful space for our yoga practice I forgot about the outside world. I would definitely use this space again!
