Welcome to our photography studio! We are located in a convenient location with plenty of parking options for our clients. Our open free lot provides multiple spaces for parking, ensuring that you will never have to worry about finding a spot to park your vehicle. In addition to our open lot, we also have adjoining parking lots on either side of our studio. These lots offer additional parking options, providing even more convenience for our clients. Whether you are coming to our studio for a portrait session, a family photo shoot, or any other photography service, you can rest assured that there will be ample parking available. Our parking options are designed to make your experience at our photography studio as stress-free as possible. We want you to be able to focus on enjoying your photography session without worrying about parking or navigating through crowded parking lots. So come on over and let us capture those special moments for you!

Commercial space with overhead lighting

The space is not soundproof so we can not guarantee complete noise cancellation from outside factors. This is a commercial space shared with a baseball facility with unscheduled guest. Also theres a fire Station next door with exits only during emergency. Best times for sound recording are 8:30am-12:30pm | 1pm-4pm | 9pm-3am Sound Recording: The space also host two studios so if you want the space to yourself with no interruptions from another studio guest, we suggest booking the entire space, which we have listed on this site as a full content creation space for StudioSpaceDMV at $125/hr giving you access to Studio A & B all to yourself!

The space entrance has a set of two stairs and a ramp coming into the space.

Multipurpose Room

There are three office spaces and a storage room off limits.

Best times for sound recording are 8:30am-12:30pm | 1pm-4pm | 9pm-3am The space also host two studios so if you want the space to yourself with no interruptions from another studio guest, we suggest booking the entire space, which we have listed on site as a full content creation space for StudioSpaceDMV at $125/hr giving you access to Studio A & B all to yourself! TIME. Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You will not have access to enter the space until 5 minutes prior to your booking start time. You must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. Overtime fees are charged at 1.5 hours of the original hourly booking fee. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. MUSIC MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. Violators will be fined for loud music and quickly asked to exit the premises. TIME EXTENSION. You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. Time extension requested less than 1 hour prior to the start time of the booking will be charged at a 1.5 hourly rate. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS. If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a fee per additional person per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE. No open fire or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside. FOOD. Limited outside catering is allowed [light finger foods]. Light refreshments and snacks are provided by host. If outside food is brought, please make sure that it is eaten in the meeting room and thrown away properly disposed of afterwards. FURNITURE. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to original state it was found. All guests are free to move furniture to fit their needs. Furniture should not be dragged as it leaves marks on the studio floor so any heavy furniture (desks, couches, tables, etc.) must be moved by two people. Furniture can not be removed from the space or building. All furniture needs to be put back from where it was moved in the studio prior to departing the space. DAMAGES. Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. In the event that an item of furniture is stained or damaged, we will send an invoice equivalent to the cleaning or repair cost. Damage or stains caused to any of the furniture in the space will incur in a $250+ fee. If item has to be replaced, guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Failure to pay include will result in barring from future rental and reporting to Hosting site. Please keep all studio doors closed while utilizing the space

Decorations and furniture can be moved as long as it is put back into place.
