About the Space
This is a multi-purpose space, available for special events, date nights, photo and video shoots, or any creative idea you would like to use the space for. We are located walking distance from South Coast Plaza. We're a 7 minute drive from the John Wayne Airport and we are minutes away from Newport Beach and the nearby beaches!

Guests can park in the Guest Parking area and check their car in, so they are not towed.
Space has natural light
Natural light can be blocked out
Lighting description
There is a ton of natural light in this space, due to the open floor plan and large windows. The brightest time of the day is usually from 10-2 pm. pull down curtain provide some shade but will not completely black out the space.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The most noise you'll hear throughout the day, is sound of the water from the business center across from our building. It's relaxing but it IS audible.

Equipment loading description
There are 4 elevators that come pretty quickly on any given day. One elevator is a freight elevator, made specifically for moving in and out.
Staging area is available
We have 2 bedrooms. One which is made to be a green room. It's right next to a bathroom and can be used to have models change, production meetings, etc.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Just the bedroom. The open living/dining room area, green room and balcony are all areas that can be utilized.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
There are multiple outlets throughout the entire space and a power box near the front entrance.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
We do not allow smoking in the loft but we do have a balcony you can walk on to and smoke to your hearts desire. Please also remove your shoes if you enter the bedrooms that have carpet.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Feel free to move the furniture or wall decorations, as long as it is put back in place at the end of your reservation.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are located in and around the building, as well as the elevators.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We hire a cleaning service after every booking to assure everything has been disinfected and properly cleaned for the next booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
