About the Space
Nice Santa Monica House with parking. It can be completely empty or it can be furnished. There is also a studio in back that has a working piano. It also has yard space where you could setup craft services or use for outdoor filming. The parking is right next to the house which makes for easy load in. It is a very quiet area, great for filming. There is also 200ft of driveway available for shooting a street scene with no need for a permit and also an alley way to shoot in which is part of the property. Health and Safety Measures
House is thoroughly cleaned after each shoot between clients. Please clean up any extra mess you make or there is a $50 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
