About the Space

Professional art studio frequently used for music videos, fashion shoots, podcasts and alternative photography. The Art Studio is in constant use by a professional painter and always evolving, it provides an excellent and interesting opportunity to record moving and still imagery in a real artists studio with excellent natural light and an extended balcony with breath taking views across the city all in the heart of London with easy access to transport and parking.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
