Welcome to our event studio, a charming loft space that offers an elegant setting for your next event. The studio is located in a historic building that exudes character and charm, making it a unique and memorable space for your gathering. When you enter the studio, you'll be greeted by an elegant Victorian parlor that includes seating. As you continue into the main area, you will notice the stylish decor throughout the space, including an egg chair, a greenery wall, and other photo opportunities that will make your event truly Instagram-worthy. The space is perfect for intimate events of all types. One of the most notable features of the studio is the flexible seating and table options, which allow you to configure the space to your exact needs. Whether you're hosting a sit-down dinner, a cocktail party, or a business meeting, the space can be tailored to your specific requirements. Other amenities include a small kitchenette with a tall mini fridge and double sink, which make it easy to prepare refreshments for your guests. Additionally, the studio is equipped with a Bluetooth PA speaker with microphones, so you can make announcements, hold performances, or host speeches with ease. There's also a 50-inch smart screen TV, which can be used for movie watching or presentations. While the building does not have elevator access, there is a chair lift available for those who require it. The studio's historic charm and modern amenities make it a truly unique and unforgettable event space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

The space was great for our corporate party. I would recommend if you have more than 15 people to get the bonus space, as the main room is a little small. Jean was great to work with, met me at the space, and let me know she would be close if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful space! It was all sectioned off well so none of us were on top of each other, and had different things for everyone. In a perfect area of town, surrounded by lots of great places to eat and shop. Jean was very responsive and a fabulous host!

This event space was amazing! It was perfect for our graduation party. Each room was uniquely decorated. The host was easy to work with. She personally came to run the 360° selfie machine. The size was perfect for our approx 30 guest with plenty of seating and tables. The price was more than reasonable.
