About the Space
Welcome to our modern and bright luxury home centrally located in Toronto’s GTA. Our stunning newly built townhome offers an abundance of natural light, stylish yet comfortable furnishings, and is minutes away from: Pearson Airport, Woodbine Casino and Racetrack, Sherway Gardens, Yorkdale Mall, major highways and downtown core. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home features tall 9ft ceilings, large windows and is adorned with Restoration inspired chandeliers. Feel serene in the open concept living room, dining room and fully equipped chef's kitchen where you can indulge in preparing delicious meals. The home has a separate office space where you can close the door and focus. Also enjoy easy access to fresh air with our two private balconies and expansive rooftop patio. The spacious design and contemporary décor make for a relaxing getaway, home away from home, work space, Instagram-worthy photo shoots and all of your media production and film dreams.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space was stunning! We really loved the minimalistic decor as it really brightened up the space. Danielle was so kind and flexible. Our photos for our product photography shoot looked so amazing and bright. I would highly recommend this place for people looking to do a photoshoot with bright lighting and simple yet attractive decor.
