DHOCLA is a 1000+ Sqft creative space located in the FABULOUS CITY of INGLEWOOD!!! This newly remodeled space is ideal for photography and video shoots, private receptions, pop-up showcases, business meetings, Sorority & Fraternity events, classes, book club meetings, workshops and so much more. Spaces Include: * Podcast Area * Red Rose Wall * Green Grass Wall (usually refreshed by season/holiday) * Pink & Cream Rose Wall * Office Area * Vanity Area * Livingroom Area * Smoking Lounge Scene * Boudoir Area * Photography Backdrops for Headshots etc * Several soft rugs in various colors for Newborn Shoots Owned and curated by WOC, DHOCLA was create as a shared space to make magic happen and dreams come true- right here in the HEART of INGLEWOOD. If you can think it we have a platform to help you create it! Photographer Referrals Available Upon Request. SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY PRICES (minimum of 3 hours): $50 per hour for the hours of 9AM through 8PM $75 per hours for the hours 8PM through 1AM ***Inquire about fee per hour outside of these times*** $75 Clean Up Fee Optional $25 fee for room setup If you need a place for reoccurring access for filming podcasts, webinars or trainings please inquire about our monthly memberships at a deep discount, 10+ hr punch cards and how to earn BONUS HOURS! Parking available on site and on surrounding streets. Lighting gear available. Clam shell light diffuser, black, white, gold and silver, laptop stand, tripod for camera, ring light, and 4 microphones for podcast recording. Full length vanity make up mirror. Backdrops: White, Black, Green Screen. Available 7 days a week / 24 hours (with approval outside of main hours).

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ms. Meesha was incredible from start to finish and was always responsive. She works with you and genuinely cares for you. I highly recommend this space for all the creative ideas. Meesha was an amazing hostess from start to finish. I celebrated my 41st birthday at her space on 12/29 and it was perfect!!! She responded quickly to any questions, very straight forward booking and very helpful. This is such a beautiful space in the city. You literally don’t need to bring decorations. It’s so full of character. Ample parking. I will FIND more reasons to book lolol if you’re looking for a dope creative space in L.A/Inglewood, you will not be disappointed if you book this one.
