About the Space

Birthday Parties, Showers, Holiday Parties, Gatherings & More! Cozy custom design with upcycled lighting and reclaimed wood throughout. Antiques within the space each tell their own story. Wifi available with bluetooth music streaming through our vintage gramophone. Boxed cheese graters and colanders flipped upside down make for unique lighting fixtures with edison bulbs. Two 10' reclaimed church pews from 1910 stretch the lengths of the room. 8 custom reclaimed tables and a farmhouse table allow for multi-table configuring with comfortable seating up to 22 people. For larger parties up to 30 (w/seating and standing room), we offer a farmhouse table appetizer package with BYOB, among other options. All rentals include use of 48" kitchen prep table with refrigeration, three compartment sink with dry dish racks. Single stall restroom.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
