There is street parking, where one or two cars can park parallel in front of the blue garage. There is also street parking at the public access, which is just one house over. If needed, there is also parking across PCH.

1. No shoes allowed in the house. 2. No pets allowed unless the Host gives written approval and a non-refundable pet fee is paid. 3. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. 4. No more than 2 people allowed on the balconies at any given time. 5. The max occupancy at any given time is 8 people. Any more than this will be subject to an additional fee and written approval by the Host is required. 6. No parking is permitted in the garage. 7. Garbage bins (blue and brown) to be put out on street (about 3 feet from white line) every Wednesday evening for trash pick up on Thursday morning. 8. Small portion of the garage to be maintained as an Owner's Lockout. 9. Storage area below the house to be maintained as an Owner's lockout. 10. Guest to use the rock spa at his or her own risk. This is located right on the water and can be filled with water or debris from the ocean at any given time. 11. Guest allowed to use equipment on the deck, but is responsible to lock up when not in use. 12. Guest to provide copy of Driver's License upon check-in.
