About the Space
The Studio offers a studio with 432sq/ft of shooting space, a cyclorama wall with two coves, and a lighting grid. The grid is equipped with (6) Rotolight Titan X2's which are full RGBWW and easily controlled via a DMX board. Outside of the studio we have a green room for Hair and Makeup if needed, a kitchen for craft services preparations and a control room for people who want to see what's going on in the studio without interfering with the production!

Lighting description
Garage doors have windows which let natural light in if wanted but are easily blocked out.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have foam panels on the walls to help dampen any unwanted sounds.
While we are not a soundstage, we are tucked away in a quiet part of town, away from any major streets, so the potential for outside noise interference is low. The only sound bleed from outside we experience is from planes flying overhead, which is not often, and they pass quickly.

Equipment loading description
There is load/unload parking in the back. The back is equipped with a ground-level garage door. There is no loading dock, if a shipment requires a truck it must be equipped with a lift gate.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Our building is a functional office as well as a studio. An office, lobby and conference room are available to film in for additional cost.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are a total of 12 outlets on either end of the cyc wall and 26 throughout the grid. If a breaker is blown a Cadence3 employee will help resolve the issue.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- No alcohol in the building without approval from a Cadence 3 employee
- The booking party is responsible for acquiring a liquor license if alcohol is served to attendees.
- A Cadence 3 employee must be on-site at all times
- If minors are on set it is the responsibility of the booking party to have all necessary waivers and forms in place.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
A COI is required, if you need assistance in obtaining one reach out to us and we can put you in contact with our partner who offers short-term COI's.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Before moving any furniture or decorations approval must be provided by a Cadence 3 employee and put back it its original spot before the end of the booking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned after every use to ensure it is ready for our next guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
