About the Space

The home sits on a large 10,000 sq ft lot, tucked away on a quiet and private side street in the historic Racquet Club Estates. This desert gem has a newly upgraded pool and spa equipped with lounge chairs and an outdoor day bed. It also has a hammock, newly designed master-bedroom patio and outdoor shower, an outdoor fire pit and an elevated patio perfect for entertaining while enjoying the unobstructed views of the Jacinto Mountains. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and also opens to a large outdoor patio and outdoor shower. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. The living and kitchen areas showcase true mid-century elements; a brick fireplace, and oversized kitchen island and glass door sliders opening to the newly remodeled pool and desert landscape.

General Rules

HOUSE RULES: *Parking allows for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car is allowed on the street. *Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house. Smoking outside is permitted. Extra cleaning fee will apply for butts found around the yard. *No food in the bedrooms. Please eat meals in the kitchen or outside areas to avoid spills/stains that would result in a cleaning fee. *Please refer to the “Good Neighbor Brochure” in the binder as Palm Springs has a variety of strict policies. Please follow to avoid a fine. *Please check the weather prior to your stay, as sometimes in the desert we experience high winds which can cause debris, etc. to be moved around prior to your arrival. *No amplified music is allowed outside *No Pets! *Nighttime hours are between 10pm-10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm.

Security cameras and recording devices

For your safety and the safety of others, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors at this property. There are 2 cameras, one facing the street and the front door area and the other is facing the backyard. Both cameras will be “ON”. Recordings remain private and maybe used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Property will be professionally cleaned in between guests stays/shoots.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
