About the Space
Located on the Southside of Charlotte, NC. ILash Charlotte is a 1245sqft. space with many backgrounds. The front features a black slack wall, a wood work wall, and white space. The space is divide into two sections; a beautiful mural and white space is located in the rear. The space is versatile. Enjoy sparkling water and snacks at our welcome bar. We look forward to having beauty professionals and photographers looking to evaluate their brand. This space is perfect for a training or a photoshoot.

A medium, flat area located adjacent to the building with marked spaces for cars and trucks; also includes handicapped parking.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Rentals begin and end at the agreed upon time, regardless of the arrival time of the renters or renters guest.
Please include prep and clean up in the reservation time.
Additional one hour cleaning fee will be added if you are late leaving the studio or you are late completing the required clean up process.
All furniture can be moved but must be placed in the original position.
Any items lost of damaged during the rental, whether your fault of not, you are responsible for the damaged item at retail costs.
No glitter or confetti allowed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is cleaned in between bookings by a licensed professional cleaning company.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
