All must be completed prior to departure: - Load all dishes into the dishwasher and start it if any were used. - Take out all trash and recycling if it was used. - Turn thermostat to 72 degrees. - Lock all doors - Lock all windows, if you opened them during your stay. - When you exit from the front or back door, pull it tight first, let go and press the lock button on the keypad to lock the door. Please double-check that it is locked. DO NOT LOCK the door handle itself, only the pad lock on your way out. - no need to strip the beds. We will handle that.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
