About the Space
This space is perfect for meetings, parties, screenings, film/video/photography shoots and more. Located in the historic Santa Fe Arts District in downtown Denver. The building might not be much of a looker from the outside, but the inside is a cool/flexible space to make work for your needs. We are proud to be a creative studio that can be used for placemaking in this neighborhood. We've been here about 4 years and have had a number of parties (First Fridays are a must!), screenings for films in progress (like Netflix's Social Dilemma), countless interview shoots, and meetings for days (for everything from one on one consultations to meetings with city leaders). There is a kitchen and bathroom that is shared. In the back of the space are 4 private offices, so someone will likely be on premises (but out of your hair) for your booking. Hopefully this space can add positive memories on your journey.

The meetings pace has a cleaning crew that comes in twice a month and does a deep clean. As a host I make sure to clean it before and after every booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
