About the Space
This space has hosted so much joy over the last year on Peerspace. You name any kind of event or party and we've probably done it... Baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, album release parties, engagement parties, weddings, video game watch parties, corporate events, art gatherings, holiday parties and on and on. Located in the historic Santa Fe Arts District in downtown Denver. We are proud to be a creative studio that can be used for placemaking in this neighborhood. The interior was fully rehabbed and redesigned just a few years ago, but the original walls give off a cool rustic vibe. There is comfortable furniture that can be moved around based on the needs of your event. Lighting is fun with star lights that disappear in the black ceiling. 72" TV connected to a soundbar and subwoofer for music or presentations. There is a kitchen and bathroom that is shared. In the back of the space are 4 private offices, so someone will likely be on premises working on a movie or something, but we'll be out of your way for the event. Hopefully this space can add positive memories on your journey.

We have one 6' brown wood table, four 3' brown wood tables, one 6' white prep table, two 6' black folding tables.
We have 8 brown leather task chairs, 8 green dining chairs, 16 folding black chairs, and 2 navy blue lounge chairs
We have a black leather couch and brown leather couch that sit 3-4 each and we have 2 navy blue lounge chairs.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had an amazing experience hosting our art workshop at this space! The venue was perfect—spacious, well-maintained, and would be great for any creative event. Mitch was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We truly appreciated his support and look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you again! This space was the perfect size for a birthday party with a 40-person guest list. There is a small kitchen area and restroom right off the main space which was perfect for guests. There were extra table and chairs and the host was flexible in allowing us to move furniture and configure the room. The only drawbacks were lack of parking (street parking is limited in the area) and no coat rack or room. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. I would recommend this space and book here again.
