Unique event space for fun parties in Santa Fe Arts District

This space has hosted so much joy over the last year on Peerspace. You name any kind of event or party and we've probably done it... Baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, album release parties, engagement parties, weddings, video game watch parties, corporate events, art gatherings, holiday parties and on and on. Located in the historic Santa Fe Arts District in downtown Denver. We are proud to be a creative studio that can be used for placemaking in this neighborhood. The interior was fully rehabbed and redesigned just a few years ago, but the original walls give off a cool rustic vibe. There is comfortable furniture that can be moved around based on the needs of your event. Lighting is fun with star lights that disappear in the black ceiling. 72" TV connected to a soundbar and subwoofer for music or presentations. There is a kitchen and bathroom that is shared. In the back of the space are 4 private offices, so someone will likely be on premises working on a movie or something, but we'll be out of your way for the event. Hopefully this space can add positive memories on your journey.
