About the Space

Located in the historic Santa Fe Arts District less than a mile from downtown Denver, this is such a fun and unique space for you and your collaborators. The building might not be much of a looker from the outside, but the inside has a ton of charm and is very functional. We have a very flexible and open floor plan that can be shifted around for your needs. Meetings have been our main go to since working with Peerspace. So many different types of companies and groups of people have come into the space and come out with good progress on their ideas. The white board gets plenty of use, people have put flip charts on the wall and there is a 65" TV that can be screenshared for presentations or to add in virtual partners. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the 4 private offices in the back. But the front space is all yours and you are welcome to use the refrigerator to store stuff (catering, coffee, etc are all possible as Addons). We are proud to be a creative studio and meeting space that can be used for great ideas and placemaking in our neighborhood.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The meetings pace has a cleaning crew that comes in twice a month and does a deep clean. As a host I make sure to clean it before and after every booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
