About the Space

This beautiful Spanish home is nestled on the foothills of San Jacinto mountains in the Historic Tennis Club neighborhood of downtown Palm Springs and is just blocks from the finest restaurants and shopping. This home is currently unfurnished, so there is plenty of space for your event or production. The main house has an open floor plan with large glass sliding doors accessing multiple patio areas and the private pool and spa. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and adjacent 300 square foot lounge area is located in the main house along with the first guest bedroom and bathroom. Across the expansive patios and mature landscape that surround the pool and spa is a separate Casita with en suite bathroom. Adjacent to it is the large Carriage House with office and a four car garage - of which 600+ feet is fully air conditioned and was used as an art studio. This estate home sits on an oversized lot at almost 3/4 acre and looks over the Class I Historic site of the Avery Field Cabin, built in c. 1920.
