Parking is in the back of the building. Handicap parking is in the front. When parking in back, please walk around to the front and the door labeled "Executive Studio".

We have four large windows with natural lighting. Windows can be blocked out.

The space is pretty quiet for the most park, but outside traffic can be heard at times as we are on Woodward.

If rooms are rented out by others, it can not be used.

Staff will be present at all times for any assistance.

You are given a courtesy 30 mins for setup and 30 mins for breakdown. If you need more setup time, please let staff know during your booking to discuss options. All rooms marked EMPLOYEES ONLY, CANNOT be entered without approval. If you are in need of something that you don't see, please contact staff. There is no smoking inside of the building. If you have a DJ, food, etc, they are allowed to arrive one hour before to set up. We DO NOT have a kitchen. We have an open vendor policy but vendors must sign liability forms. Food vendors must make staff aware of any open flames. Any other vendors are not allowed to have open flames. We do not allow candles. No wax candles or open flame candles allowed. You may use electronic candles. We do not allow confetti or glitter if found, there will be a cleaning fee charged. A mobile bartender of your choice is allowed, however they must have liability insurance and be TIPS certified in order to serve alcohol beverages. The studio does not allow BYOB! All alcohol must be in the studio prior to start of event. Your event will be cancelled if alcohol is seen being brought in or any BYOB activity is occurring. All guest must park in back and walk around to the front. If guest is handicap, they may park in front. If vendors need to use elevator, they may park in front, unload and then park around back.
